Starting from the 1st of january 2020, all operations involving boats and pleasure crafts flying an Italian flag must be carried exclusively through STEDs.
According to the presidential decree n. 152/2018 (D.P.R.14.12.2018) the Italian legislation ordered the implementation of the central telematic system for recreational boats. This system includes the Central Telematic Archive of Pleasure Craft (ATCN), the Central Registration Office of Pleasure Craft (UCON) and the Boat Owner Telematic Help Desk. (STED).
Sardinia Yacht Services, as a registered maritime shipping agency, has been a STED help desk since 2021.

Formalities
- Registration of pleasure/ commercial crafts and navigation license release.
- Application for commercial use.

- Cancellation for passage to under 10m vessel.
